Paved World (Business Idea Giveaway)

Paved World is a career path site tied into Linked In. It provides valuable career path and testing to help people determine what they need to do to most effectively advance in their field. This path will include resources to learn more to advance down the path, suggestions on how often changes need to take place instead of remaining stagnant, and places to start a new career. 

Using extensive research databases, salary tables, psychological evaluation tools and data.gov labor statistics, Paved World will learn about the users preferences, work style and geographical information and provide complete career guidance from school entry and grants available, to advancement opportunities and salary expectations. It fills the gaps between graduating from college and retirement. 

Funding will come from school references specific for the career choice to job board references. 

On the other side of the aisle, the human resources groups can weigh in on the database information as well as use it for comparitive salary information and determining standard job descriptions used throughout the industry instead of making a new description or using a description with the wrong title. Job descriptions will include the same information used for career patching such as years of experience, certifications, and psychological profile.

What is it About Shoes?

I just have to know. What is it about shoes? I own five pairs of shoes and I can tell you where they are located at any given point in time. Each of them has a purpose. I have a black pair of tie-up shoes used for work and only work. In fact, they stay in my locker at work. The second pair of shoes are basically a backup for the first pair. They are slip on Dexter loafers in black and brown. Multifunctional and works with nearly every outfit. Third are my Nike Air Monarchs. I use these for nearly everything casual including my daily trip to work. After arriving at work, I put on the shoes mentioned first. Next are the mowing sneakers. I have made an executive decision in my life today. MomofJenMatt is right about a very sensitive issue and I have been running it through my mind for most of the night. I am strongly against the support of child pornography and to be honest, Xanga could be considered as contributing to the distribution of child pornography.
