Closer... but not There Yet

So the search continues for the birth parents and siblings. I think I narrowed down the birth family of baby boy stone born October 18, 1966 in Los Angeles county, CA. Is it a coincidence that I was born on the same day in the same county and the birth certificate did not get a name for the child (adoptions don't).


Now the hard part... connecting. Sent Facebook requests and hoping one of them connects.


If they connect, we will need them to get a DNA test done. If they do it on 23andme.com, it will automatically let us know if my birth-mother is actually connected to my first cousin's father.


I wait.

Baby boy Stone is likely my Brother. Born at Harbor (UCLA) General Hospital in Carson CA., LA County. Given up for adoption. Could it be? Guess DNA will tell us.

What is it About Shoes?

I just have to know. What is it about shoes? I own five pairs of shoes and I can tell you where they are located at any given point in time. Each of them has a purpose. I have a black pair of tie-up shoes used for work and only work. In fact, they stay in my locker at work. The second pair of shoes are basically a backup for the first pair. They are slip on Dexter loafers in black and brown. Multifunctional and works with nearly every outfit. Third are my Nike Air Monarchs. I use these for nearly everything casual including my daily trip to work. After arriving at work, I put on the shoes mentioned first. Next are the mowing sneakers. Moving on and moving out

I have made an executive decision in my life today. MomofJenMatt is right about a very sensitive issue and I have been running it through my mind for most of the night. I am strongly against the support of child pornography and to be honest, Xanga could be considered as contributing to the distribution of child pornography.
